I researched a cooking school that offers this as a class. I put it on my scheduale for early May, the next time it’s offered. Seems exciting.

a super expensive dish to make, didn’t I? Well, I might not be able to complete this one anytime soon, but I got my boyfriend all excited about it so, someday when I have money I’ll make this.
