This goal is now a main focus. My pant waist size is presently 31” (EXACTLY). But, my WAIST size is 34” (using a tape measure going over belly button). So far, my diet has been mostly “calories” vs “good foods.” I’m going to try to now focus on “cutting up” which means a REAL combination of exercise (weights unfortunately) AND diet.

After realizing that the “pant size” is not the same as waist size, I considered changing this goal. HOWEVER, I tried on some DKNY stuff the other day (one of my favorite designers) and some Banana Republic stuff to find that it was still too small.
THEREFORE, I’m now motivated to accomplish this goal. (Thus, the need for the May – NATIONAL HIGH INTENSITY month.
What I meant to say was, “have a 31” pant size.” Sorry ‘bout that. Anyway, I’ve not tried on any new breaches, but judging by the fit of the 34’s, I’m guessing that I can get into a 32” pair of pants…. I’m getting really close
... I would see a 34” waist, but now it’s here! My DREAM waist size has always been 31”, but I never thought that could happen.
I, for the first time, believe this could be possible to acheive. In truth, that’s only one and a half pant sizes from where I am currently.
(Not to worry – I won’t be too skinny).
