I’ve been doing very well with writing down what I have for breakfast and my morning snack, but then I forget to write down the rest of the day’s meals.

ok.. still keeping the journal. Haven’t been good on keeping within my range. Need to re-evaluate what I am eating.

gonna keep the journal online, creates more accountabilty for me.i will post me intake every night, wonder if this will help me more with the challenge.
once again i am going to try to keep a food journal.
i know i can do it and i know it has worked well in the past.so thats why i am going to recommit myself to this goal.
still going strong with the food journal, i think it is one of the best tools for loosing weight.
the food diary is just an amazing tool, i was not aware that i ate and drank so much during one day, i always thought i stayed around 2600 kcal per day, but looking over the daily logs i realized that i take in about 3700 kcals a day, no wonder my behind is exspanding.it really surprised me when i looked at the numbers from my coffee and juice.it is a real eye opener.
