So why do I want to develop better sleeping habits? Because I am always tired, always yawning, always dragging and I’m tired of living life that way. I want to have energy and be vibrant. I had planned to go to church this morning but I didn’t go to bed until almost 2am, so when my alarm went off this morning I just couldn’t get out of bed. And now I’m so tired I’m just laying in bed watching a movie. So I didn’t go to church and I’m too tired to do anything productive. This has gotta change.
