Steps to telling a good story.

Notice I didn’t say “write” or “draw” or “preach.” The thing is, there are a few things I’d like to do with my life. Three of them specifically were mentioned above. I want to become an artist, or a writer, or a pastor, and I just can’t get it in my mind that I can do all three. So now, when people ask me what I want to do with my life, I tell them I want to tell a good story. I believe stories are where the true, unalterable history of our world lies. There is nothing I want more than to see someone’s face totally wrapped in what I’m weaving (or have woven). I want people to walk away satisfied and thinking. I can’t say I’ve achieved this goal yet, for it will take my entire life to complete, but I just thought I’d share it here first.
