I an going to start keeping a food journal and record everything I eat each day. That way I will take responsibility for my food intake and be aware that I am overeating. I do a lot of exercise and I don’t loose a pound. Food is the downfall.

In the last 5 years I put on 5 kilos, I will be very happy if I loose it, ideally in 5 weeks, but if it takes me 2 months thats ok too. I dont want to get crazy and starve myself and after a few weeks get back to my present weight. I want to live healthy and be fit so I intend to ride a bike at least 5 days a week,quit sweets and eat light suppers. Let see how it goes. I need to be strong :-),
I am still swimming and doing Yoga and the 4 kilos I lost I must have gained again over Christmas. I have now started a diet I lost 2 kilos in the first week and 200grams in the second. I don’t understand why my weight is not shifting. I am going to keep at it maybe it was just a bad week.
I have been swimming 5 kilometres a week and doing Yoga twice a week and watching what I eat more than I would normally. The weigh isn’t falling off but I am noticing my clothes are getting a bit looser and I have lost about 4 kilos.
how do u stop the feeling to want to look normal but still keep throwing things inside which make you detest yourself when you look in the mirror
I joined curves 3 monthes ago and i am starting to see the difference…I want to loose 30 Kilos..
