do this since the start of the year. Sometimes I feel like writing, gym and meditation are like three juggling balls and keeping them all up in the air at the same time is impossible. But work has been horrible and stressful so I know it’s something I need, if for no other reason than to preserve my sanity! I’m just fitting it in where I can for now and hoping it’ll take sometime soon.

today – for a few different reasons – that this is something I cannot not do. After a lapse last week I’m trying to get things started again.

Even though I’ve only done one session so far this week I feel positive about where I’m at because I’m starting to look forward to my meditation sessions rather than viewing them as a torturous exercise. I’m meditating as soon as I get home and I’m finding it’s a good way to shake off the day.
Starting last Wednesday I`ve been trying to establish a regular meditation practice. I have never been successful at keeping anything going for more than 3 days so currently I`m pretty happy with how I`m doing!
Progress since I decided to try to meditate every night:

I was going well and then kind of lost it as the week drew to a close and haven’t managed to get things started again. The aim is to do 20 mins tomorrow (and if I write that down here I’ll feel guiltier about piking out!).
