How I did it: People often feel full of inhibitions when it comes to being creative. "Making" art is raelly not that hard.
Buy a canvas, get some paint and before you know it you'll know just what to put on it.
And it's quick. in no time your walls will have new art that looks seriously retro.
Resources: Cheap canvases from hardware stores, plain acrylic paint, a big brush or 2.

the feeling of paint on my hands and feet, it is freeing somehow. a sense of wonder, I was a child again. I actually felt like I had a little piece of heaven.

My friend Kate, my boyfriend at the time Tim and I all shared a house. She was into art and had a closetful of paints. We were tripping on shrooms and decided it would be a good idea to paint murals on the walls. We made some kickass art that day, I have to admit, though paint is really hard to get out from underneath your toenails.
