Marc Ambit is very proud of having been able to travel to Japan
Definetely…it’s moving! For 5 days in a row I have been running some short distances, with the excuse to go along with my girlfriend.
It’s making me feel great and I’m planning to do it as long as I can.

Hope it becomes regular, but I’m happy to be on the road again.
Here’s the map of the route I just ran: http://www.mapmyrun.com/run/spain/barcelona/514124282251973776
It’s not long (my usual is 5km), but being the first day of my comeback I didn’t want to burn myself out.
Let’s see if I’m able to do it more often, like twice a week or so.

Yes, that’s it! Without accomplishing this goal I won’t be able to accomplish many others, like surfing, for instance. So, as long as I like making sport I HAVE to find the way to do it.
And it starts…now!

Well, since I’m on holidays and I have lots of free time, I have started to go, every two days, to the basketball courtyard in the back of my building to sweat a little under this heavy Barcelonian sun.
The result is very satisfying, not because I’m losing weight, but because I feel like I need to do it to play the stress out of me, and after I do it I also feel very well.
Now, the next step is to find some soccer team to play regularly once a week. It can be fun!

I’ve been doing lots of sports for a long time. And I must even say that I was pretty fast learning every sport I tried, from soccer to basketball, tennis or whatever.
But in the recent years, as I’m getting older, I find it harder to make sport. I’m more lazy, maybe.
I don’t need it for loosing weight or something like that. It’s just that when I do it I feel much better, I feel a great relief, and I always find myself thinking: I sould do it more often :-)
Anyone for a tennis match? :-)
