So I guess that 130 is the magic number, then… I used to weigh 130, but underestimated the effect that walking or biking most places had on my weight. I moved back to a car-centric town and gained 30 lbs.! I’m not stressing about it… (anymore) Just got a bike to use in my new, slightly-bike-friendlier town, going dancing (fun with cardio!) and going to go to the gym with my roommate.
