direct a movie

I have educated myself by watching many movies, reading books, and by meeting people. I want to become a Director. I have ideas and always try to resist myself from spilling out those ideas for a friend’s film or my cousin’s photo shoot. People like my ideas, but I never get to use them under my name. Or, I never get to direct them, at least. Any opportunities? Just to be on set, watch what you do. Any experience. Interning. Thank You.

I would like to make movies based on my favourite books. When I read them, I can see (in my mind’s eyes;)) the characters, the scenes. It would be fantastic to make it real, to choose the actors and the places…
