Mme Delacroix is growing a baby
exfoliating…
followed by a face mask…
Gettin’ Stuff Done for Little Miss Me : D
How I did it: If you shower in the morning, exfoliate after shampoo whilst the conditioner is sitting in your hair. This leaves your skin AND hair soft!
If you shower at night, do the same thing, but in the morning while you're changing, get some body butter and a body brush
and simply brush it in upward round circles before you dress. It exfoliates, promotes blood flow and reduces cellulite (apparently)
Don't skip it! ;)
Lessons & tips: -You can use normal body wash and exfoliating gloves instead of buying special exfoliator
-Remember to moisturise afterwards!

multiple people this week have oowed and awwed about my soft skin after touching my arm.
hillarious!!
i don’t have soft skin! i have crusty, grumbly, working class hands and that’s it… maybe it really is the exfoliating magic at work

remembering to do this is making my days much better
maybe it’s the circulation thing
maybe it’s the scraping off of the old thing
maybe it’s the smooth skin left behind thing
maybe it’s just knowing i can check something off as done
