Recognize that there is a price to be paid for everything and pay it!

I had to try on my swim suit (from about 8 years ago)..because I am hoping to use the pool at the gym. WELL the spandex or whatever it is stretched out to cover me alright but i yi yi!!! not good ..not good. The PRICE for fitting in that thing properly is passing on the cakes and such! yikes yikes yikes. me no likey!
I really am considering printing it out to carry with me so when I go by a donut shop or something I just take a gander at that and say “not for me!”. GAWD.

Things that I am willing to pay for today (in trade for my time and attention)

My health
My “court date”
earning money

I have to give up sitting around.
I have to give up eating cake.
This is the “price” I have to pay.
I’m going to apply myself to eagerly, willingly and without fanfare pay the price
for what I want! (it is an exchange system!)
