to call & errands & i have done stuff on them!
made two appointments
cancelled one appointment (saved a cancellation fee too!)
mailed a package overdue to dd#1 (oooh i can add this to be a better mom)
moved sat reg along
took care of broken appliance (emergency thing)
paid some bills (used a funny flylady kind of trick – tick marks)
mailed sympathy card & made catch up phone call
and i went to work & turned in all school assignments.

I still procrastinate in most areas of my life, but I haven’t at all in school! I was the first one in my class done with my final project, and I was extremely OCD about it. Not only was I done first, but thanks to my previous major, I have quite a bit of skill in design. I got a lot of compliments on my project’s aesthetics and content, as well as my presentation. I’m glad I didn’t wait. =)Now if only I could apply this to other aspects of my life…

Well, right now, I procrastinate all the time. I’m always panicking at the last minute to get things done. This makes my life go all crazy. It keeps me from reaching most of my goals basically. So from now on, when I say I’m going to do something, I’m going to actually attempt it. Do it. Accomplish it.
I come home and say, “I’ll do homework later” and before I know it, I do it 10 hours later. Sometimes I’ll say, “I’ll stop using the computer right now”, but I go on for a couple more hours or so. I’m putting off sleep, activism, production, and etc. Not good at all.
I CAN DO IT.
I WILL DO IT.

Becky_K is starting to think about a sober life.
always been one of my biggest obstacles to EVERYTHING! sheesh….but I realize now maybe other things come first. Like confidence, self-awareness, self-love. I will do anything to avoid what I need to be doing most times, the times I procrastinate are the times I am most depressed. The times when I’m depressed are the times that I don’t do much. dont do much because I don’t know what I want, dont know what I want because I dont know what I need, don’t know what I need because I always focus on the needs of others first. I am on the road to recovery now! I see what I want and it actually means something to me. true, healthy drive and desire will overcome procrastination!
