elizabethmerchant loves to do lots of stuff
Getting my website up took about eight years…long enough for me to decide to do something else. I am going to call my web designer to make a few little changes to reflect some big changes.

I would like to add a blog to the homepage of my website. I would also like to add a button for clients to pay for my services through pay pal. I would also like to become a hosting and domain reseller.
I still would like to make more changes to battlecat.net, but it is different from the old version. And that’s something.
Well, it’s underway. In fact, this particular entry is the first test of the new website’s ability to accept posts directed from 43 Things. I’m not sure if I’ll make use of this regularly, but we’ll see.
As I’ve stated elsewhere, this is the first part of the redesign, and I will now make gradual changes to the site. First order of business is getting Gallery to integrate with the site, then comes a new CSS template. After that, who knows?
It’s pretty obvious that I’m just gonna let my website sit until I’m forced to redesign it, so I’d best just set a date and force myself to do it then. That’s the only way it’ll get done.
If I manage to do the WordPress migration like I’ve been planning for months, then it will be much easier to blog more often, ‘cause I’ll have this site to blog to as well.
The new design has been rolled out through the home page, the second level of the browse structure, throughout the navigation, and all recent content.
Now I’ve got to work my way through all the legacy content. Not so bad, and it will be easier next time.
I’ve committed to basic design elements and templates for subject index pages ( example ) and display ( example ) pages. Sort of a bottom up approach.
I haven’t yet finished the category index design, but have an idea what it will be like. The splash (home) page design is still in revision.
I’ve already started using the new subject and display pages as I add new work. Hope that’s no cheating.
Migrated from b2 to word press.
I’m using someone else’s theme for now.
Here’s the new URL. http://www.picturina.com
Thanks for asking!
I will be using Drupal CMS and rewriting all the content in my company website. I need to express better what I can really do.
