    ...haven’t done this. I’m not sure what the holdup is. I did log in today and check my balance, which was depressing. I’m down 15% since October. BLAH.

    Now I know! Cripes! Took several phone calls to get the differnt forms from the different providers, and the different providers had different requirements for submission. Ah well – it all done now.
