With my new goal being taking better care of myself I would like to start first off by exercising daily, getting myself ready everyday so that I can feel my best. I want to take on challenges and learn new stuff everyday. So not only do I want to take better care of my body, my brain, but also my personality. I just want a whole new me for the new year. This is going to take a lot of perseverance but I want to do this to feel better about myself, to raise my self-confidence and make me a better person to be around. 13 months ago

So today’s the 1st! I’m glad to say that I’ve really been doing good. I still need to work on eating fully well balanced meals, but aside from that I’m great. I have been eating much healthier. I’m still taking my vitamins and fish oil pills every day. Today I began my workout routine. It was a killer! lol. My calves are really feeling the pain! I’m so out of shape:P But it was definitely worth it and I enjoyed it. So yeah, overal, doing good! 2 years ago

I’ve been taking my vitamins and fish oil pills every day this week! I’m concerned about my heart, so I’m hoping the fish oils will help with that and my memory as well. It’s a start! Come January 1st, I fully intend to start running every morning….but realistically, it’s cold…It’s FREEZING! I do NOT like the cold! lol. So, being the pansy I am, I will most likely not go running every morning until it’s warmer. BUT, if that’s the case, I will at least work out with Gilad and Shimmy every morning. I LOVE those to fitness shows! Oh, and we got a WII, but I’m seriously not holding any hopes in that department:P 2 years ago

I would like to have better hygen. Take showers, brush teeth, and clean my face DAILY. I want to eat more fruits and veggies when i feel like snaking, instead of chips!
I also want to try to get ready everyday befor school because when i do get ready (which is rare because i hate waking up so early) i feel soooo much better about myself! But when i go all scrubbed out i feel like doo-doo. So i also want to do that! 2 years ago

I act like Im 12 again. i want to eat healthier, do not leave the house until i eat breakfast. eat at least one piece of fruit everyday. Take vitamins and start the gym not only will it help me get physically fit but also will help in improving my self confidence. I eat until i feel full a little, i want to start finishing my plate and slowly eating more and more to gain some weight. 2 years ago
