Ok! so I work really close to a grocery store. Today for lunch I ran there and picked up two small whole grain flax seed buns, smoked salmon, light cream cheese, dijon mustard, and a cucumber. I had two of the tiniest, most amazing sandwiches and everyone in my office was jealous. I have enough food purchased for three lunches and it only cost me 15$.
Cooking for yourself is rewarding, and often you would be eating higher quality food then most restaurants. I dunno, make sense to me.
