I was looking into getting a sugar glider but was nervous because they are so fragile and can drown in shallow water or an open toilet in a second… then I looked into rabbits and got addicted to looking at adoptable bunnies on Petfinder.com. Eventually I found a near by bunny adoption agency and filled out an application.
Before you get a bunny do a lot of research and I recommend adopting an adult bunny that is neutered! Baby bunnies may be cute but there are so many abandoned adult bunnies out there in need of a home. Also remember that a bunny is a long time commitment and can live as long as cats!

I have 2 bunnies! A Big Fat Boy, named Snickers, and a small, cuddly Girl, Named Mascara, But we call her Maggie For Short! THEY’RE THE BEST!! Just know, there a lot of work, cleaning their stinky, poopy cages every couple days is NOT FUN, but if u love them enough, its bearable! Don’t get a bunny unless your willing to commit time to them! If you can, Its worth it!

My neighbor got this bunny for his nieces. But he moved and cudnt take the bunny wit him. So his parents are taking care of it, for the girls cuz the girls dont wanna take care of it. But this bunny likes to dig. So he actually got out of his cage the other day. The couple wants to get rid of it. And now i want it. They said they’d give him to me along with everything i need to take care of him. Mom said yes. Dad is still indecisive. So my goal is to convince mah daddy! Ive been trying…

...I always had a pet rabbit because my grandfather bred and raised bunnies to sell to pet stores. Due to his age, he had to give up this lifelong endeavor, and now I am missing bunnies. So, once my boyfriend and I have enough food to feed ourselves, I would like to get a new bunny!
