Lately I just haven’t had it in my house. It’s a lot easier to avoid that way :-) Wish I could get to the point where I could eat it only occasionally since thats the most healthy thing.

I’ve kind of stopped doing it- I used to eat peanut butter from the jar like every second day..But i do it MUCH less frequently now, which is a real accomplishment for me.
Anyway yea, DEFINITELY worth doing! Peanut butter is nice & everything but GEEZ- Read the nutrition label..Pb is basically FAT, FAT and more FAT! NOT good to be eating spoonfuls of..well, FAT!
I envy people with self control. I only weigh about 117 punds but I can eat virtually whole jars of peanut butter! I hate it! I am trying to practice my ruinnng for track and now because I keep binging from the jar and gaining weight I can’t even run as fast as I used to… I feel angry out of control and sick of myself… Today I had to throw the jar away after scarfing down the stuff. I feel like crying about this problem but I’m at school and who crys about this stuff anyway? sigh I can only hope that I can beat my mile time of 8:30 secs The weigh gain has slowed me and I’m becoming lazy not to mention the Peanut butter clogs my throat…
