I think it’s so so cool when I’m with someone and they hear/read a word they dont know and then look it up. Or hear about a person or place they dont know and look it up.
i figure i can be this cool, too!!
from now on, if there’s a word I dont know and i have a dictionary or computer close… ITS BEING LOOKED UP!!!

I had a vague idea that this meant “alot,” and I was right, it does mean an abundance, but it also specifically means those horn shaped things they put on the thanksgiving table with fruit and grain sticking out of them to signify a large supply.

natural objects used to trace a path back to a place…hansel and gretl style, though they are supposed to be natural things that don’t look out of place and that can’t be easily disrupted if people were to use the path and step on them.
(As evident by my numerous entries, it’s kind of amazing how many words I don’t know when I’m reading a book if I actually mark them)
