try Nia

They offer free classes at my local Lululemon Athletica store, and so I went today to try it out. I’d never heard of Nia before, and I was a bit nervous, but the instructor, Barb, was fabulous, and I had a great time! I definitely want to do it again sometime soon! :)

I have a Nia dvd called Opal that I have been doing and I love it! This may be my new favorite exercise routine-

This weekend I met the woman, Debbie Rosas, who created Nia. She gave me 2 dvd’s and I heard her speak in a live interview. She is amazing and looks 20 years younger than her age due to her Nia program. Next week I am going to try out a class in the upper westside. This is going to be fun!

It was indeed quite fun! I plan to return next week :)
