How I did it: I checked out Wordpress but it seemed really complicated so I settled on Blogger, where I created one blog for random spewing of my thoughts on life and another one to talk about one of my passions, local music. I just stopped procrastinating and when I had an idea that I had a lot to say about I wrote about it right away instead of putting it off. How I did it: To somebody like me, a blog is a great place to express yourself, a great diary and overall a good psychologist, when it comes to certain things. You can create the illusion of talking and being understood, which is fantastic for everyone who either has things he/she doesn't dare to talk about and people that overall don't have anybody to talk to. A blog creates the illusion of being heard, while a diary (which I also keep xD) is absolute… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I finally made myself create a blog at blogger.com and then just blogged about anything I thought was important or funny or cute or dramatic. or even things like my dishwasher breaking. and then it felt natural to just blog and keep track of the things I want to remember later on. How I did it: I just decided that everyday no matter what i was going to blog.Even if it was just a silly picture I wanted to share with everyone. I was going to do it. And you know what it is worth it. Not only do others get a kick outta ready my blog but I have a good time doing it. Read how I did it…

And I have fallen behind in quite a few of my goals. I have procrastinated, bave played video games, wasted countless hours on the internet. The only things I have made progress on this week are guitar and juggling.
Very disappointed in myself. I guess if I don’t log on to 43 Things, I end up doing nothing.

I posted today for the first time since April 9. Hopefully now I can keep it up!
Aha finished this a long time ago, just remembered it now.
http://five-plus-five.blogspot.com/mostly personal blog, filled with pictures and rants ;3
Considering the fact that 43Things is a blog and all my goals on it, I should probably use it more often.
This is like the first time I logged in 2 weeks since creating it and I’m only just now listing my goals.
I have other blogs elsewhere but I don’t normally post on those. I should though….
J is amazed.
but I’m going to use this entry as a blog. It’s on the web. It’s a log. It counts as a weblog – I swear.
Anywho, I keep abandoning my 43things account for various reasons – really gotta stop doing that. The main reason for leaving is just because I keep forgetting to come back regularly. The main reason for coming back is usually because I find myself with nothing better to do, realising my life is a rut, and using good ol’ 43things to get things back on track.
So, over the past couple of weeks or months – however long it’s been – I’ve been starting my new life after high school. All is well. Relatively speaking. Career-wise, my life has direction, but like all other young people who just left school and think that they have to do all these things for the sake of it, I’m finding it confusing so far. Which was expected.
Going through the motions of this time of my life – the feeling feelings for people you never thought you would, hating humanity, trying to figure out who you are, then only coming to realise that you don’t need to know who you are just yet – cos well, who does?
Good luck, fellow bloggers – I’ll try to blog more too. Except I should probably blog on my own blog rather than here…
I’ve mostly just used my lj to participate in communities but now I’m going to post more, including my 43 things updates.

...it’s 04:06 AM here, and I’m still determined to update my blog while I still can. Also, I think it would be nice to build a new layout, but I think it can wait… Well, so far so good.

OK so first, my shameless plug: borrachocamacho.blogspot.com
But since it’s on my to do list for life, it’s very thin. You may notice it’s goal oriented but now I’m trying to make it less rigid and more fun to read until I nail down my “voice”.
I think blog more is kind of a vague goal, but it’s OK for a start. I’m guessing that I’d like to update it at least 2-3 times a week so it stays fresh (or should I have more?) but not overwhelming in minutiae for people to catch up on and have their eyes glaze over.
I’ll keep you posted. If in 2 months I have a healthy blog with a few readers & responders I’d be happy to know people care what I have to write and it will motivate me to write more on the blog and in other things, like for that screenplay I keep meaning to do.
~ John Lee ~ time to get busy on the new and fulfilling goal
duh, I have embraced the concept of automation for other areas of my life but somehow neglected it for the blogosphere, did I mention that I was born blonde…
...anyhow there are certain parts of Black Tie and Flip Flops that lend themselves perfectly to automation : recipes, imponderables, haiku, and a few of the other themes that often can be done in an afternoon but are better served to appear over the course of weeks.
On Blogger there is a feature to future date entries allowing the blog to be updated on a regular basis. Being a former magazine marketing wonk, a field in which things like Christmas issues were planned in July and August, you would think I would have grabbed this concept early on.
I was born blonde, that’s my story and I am sticking with it!
