Like I’ve been saying, I do like this job but it would only have been right for me if I worked there full-time hours. I have been doing so for the passed 6 weeks but today it was confirmed that I am on for full time indefinately and so, i can safely say that I did get a good job (the job i realy like) even if my goal was misspelt!!!

I am really enjoying my job now and am fully settled. The full time issue is resolved and I am asked in for full weeks for a while but my contract isnt changed and until that happens I am not going to mark this goal as complete. fingers crossed for me
I do like my job, i just want to work there full time and it seems this is going to happen. I am being given lots more responsibilty and the work load has increased so much that i had to work 2 weeks on FT hours. Its likely i am going to move to being a full timer and hoorah one goal complete and will be easier to pay off that darn credit card
i like my current job. but i dont LOVE it. I took it coz it was the first offer i got but its only a part-time position and i need to be working a full week. they did promise more hours when it gets busier (when?) but where’s the guaranteed income in that? I went to an interview somewhere else today. TOTALLY different type of work & moving off track in the career path… in fact taking a step backwards and then sideways. But you know what…the people are nice, its a younger crowd , the work seems cool, its the same salary AND its full-time. maybe i wont be rushing ahead on the career front but at least i’ll be happy and satisfied. we shall see if they accept me.
I got accepted at the law firm – the job I really wanted so its great that I got an offer within in a week of my job-hunt. The only down side is its only part-time work. As suspected I’m underqualified for the position so they are taking me in on a more junior level, which is fine coz they will be training me up but for now its only 3 days/wk. And seeing as i am desperate to pay off my debt this isnt too good. BUT, hey its a start. I got a job really quick, its in a place I want and theres the possibility of going full-time and great career prospects once i am in. SO i wont tick this as done, not until I am sure I like it and am happy with everything – for now its just a step in the right direction
i cant believe how well they went. i was totally relaxed and was very honest and open. one place called me back for a 2nd interview which i went to this morning. they say they will let me know either way by the end of this week. i really want this job, i want it, i want it, i want it
2 interviews on monday. ARGH
one is with an agency so not too high hopes but the other with a law firm that I really want to get into. so nerve-wrecking
i created a wonderful resume and sent it out to 4 companies. i was contacte immediately by one and have an interview sset up on Monday. WOW. fingers xd now. its been a long time since my last interview…
In the beginning, it was really annoying to have a bunch of interviews, exams, groups interviews, sending hundreds of resumes….
But actually, it’s a very good way to learn a lot of things like how to speak to people, how to understand more about oneself, how to make a nice resume, etc.
