How to notice beauty
It made me
exhilarated 
"I notice beauty all the time, today I looked out my window and the world was covered with pure white snow, too beautiful."
How I did it: Yesterday I went to the dollar store and looked for a beautiful card to give to a friend. I found it so beautiful I decided to try painting it. It made me feel exhilarated.
I love the beautiful colorful lights in my neighborhood at this time of year. It looks to me that people are expressing their joy.
I went to my daughter's and she decorated her house beautifully for Christmas.
The other afternoon the sunset was so beautiful so many colors, I really like colors. There is beauty all around me.
I see many beautiful children in my comings and goings.
Lessons & tips: As long as you can see there is beauty to be found, take a moment.

Yesterday evening I saw the most dramatic “Buddha’s Rays” display that I’ve ever seen. It was incredibly beautiful, the sunlight through clouds looking something like this, but even more striking [image borrowed from the web: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/225/498894151_c1786932d9.jpg].
