Did 3 Miles of Leslie Sansone’s Advanced 5-Mile Walk. This is a good start. In the past I was able to do the entire 5 Mile walk so I plan to work toward that as a goal.
I have been walking 20 minutes on the treadmill and trying to do a bit of yoga everyday. I have started taking the stairs at work. I work on the 4th floor, and I am parking as far away as possible too. The more movement the better.
So it is still very early in the month, but so far I am doing quite well! I did cardio HIIT on the first and today, and I did HIIT strength training for my arms yesterday. I will be heading off to do HIIT lower body tomorrow.
I have worked out several times this week but I have missed the last 3 days. I really need to improve this and stick to it.
