I am started today. My weight loss goal is 30 pounds. I hope to reach this goal in a few months. I am exceriseing and dieting. The hardest thing for me is fitting it in to my bust schedule.

I actually restarted this goal (after adding it quite some time ago) at the beginning of this semester. I’ve been in Pilates for at least half a semester and so far the weight loss is a no go. In fact I’ve actually gained weight! I think Pilates alone is maybe slowing down my metabolism or something. Guess I’m going to have to kick up the cardio and start working on one of my other “things” and stop eating junk food! Good luck to the rest of you!!

I weighed in this morning at 140…this is getting annoying, I lost from 150 to 140 in a week! Now I loose a few pound and they come right back…I am a fitness trainer and it’s time I practice what I preach,I already workout 6 days a week, time to eat better. 1,000 calories a day…I plan to get down to 110 in 6 weeks…by April 9th, 110 lbs…

im sure half of its water weight because i took a water pill and couldnt stop going to the restroom!!!! aye!
okay so those of you who know that ive just got my new gym membership again also know that this means im going back on the health band wagon!
im back on my journey to loose a total of 70 lbs ( ive lost 40 lbs so far- then gained 10 back which totals to a shred of 30).
i have been messing with my diet to figure out what works…
many peole were saying “dude, youll loose so much weight! just eat egg whites and bacon and sasuage… as much of it as you want!” ive tried that route and it made me gain weight because it got me so sleepy that i would just wake up, eat breakfast, then sleep, wake up and feel sluggish all day.
NOW!!! i went back on kashi go lean with black berries and sometimes toast or a bagel. today i ate the hot cereal and an orange with tea.
I FEEL SOOOOO GOOOD! i dont feel too energized or sluggish and i feel like its working with my body! now im thinking of investing serious $$$ on kashi cereal and maybe exlore other kashi products- i used to think it was just a regular brand with good marketing (((eeehhhheeeemmmm SPECIAL K)))!
and im ADDICTED TO FRUIT!!!!

So i lost 10 pounds, but then a bunch of friends from Greece came and we went out almost every night for two weeks. It was amazing but since then i’ve been all about going out and having fun. :( So i’ve probably gained it back. starting tomorrow i’m back to going to the gym and since i’m on lockdown in terms of spending money, i should make some progress. I miss the good old days of organized sports.
Spending the Holiday at my mom’s. Diet begins when I get home.
