I have just realised I am in a prettty good shape. I’ve never actually totally gave up on exercising ever since I started to exercise in 7th grade! It’s simply part of my life wheather it’s good or bad…For me getting back in shape simply means getting back in great shape for running competition. And that is exactly where I am heading now! Still a lot of work necessary but I am getting there!!! 5 years ago

I am running on regular basis. Recently just 3 times a week as I don’t have time to run more often. Mostely weekends so I am trying to get my running done every Saturday and every Sunday which sometimes really is not easy…Well, I have to do some other exercises besides running. And that is my goal for the upcomming week- to figure out how to squize in some “fitness time” into my busy week day routine… 5 years ago

Well it’s not exactly what I had in mind with sports but it’s something. My old football coach called me up and offered me an assistant coaching position at Oklahoma West. I’ll be coaching my old position, offensive tackle, and the line backers. Maybe I can finally get back to seeing good solid hits in football and none of that arm-tackle crap. 5 years ago

Went to weightroom yesterday/
went for a run this morning, which turned out to be real fun as I met my “running buddy” that I haven’t seen in a while:) That made it much easier to get the run done and made me enjoy it even more:) 5 years ago

Paid for one month. I’ve already been there once this week and I enjoyed it so much! Not too many people , because of holiday time. Relaxing atmosphere. Nice. And I felt so much healthier and so much more confident when I left the weightroom after that hour! Way to go:) 5 years ago


Kategetting back to running:)

after some 2 weeks break. Two weeks is not very long in general, but it is long enough unfortunately to loose quite a lot (of shape) when training for some running event. It finally stopped raining today so I got out there and did my first run in two weeks. It felt great. Now I know I’m back on track:) It is always the hardest part to put on my running shoes again for the first time after break. I did it and now I can’t wait for my next run:) 5 years ago

OK so I’ve never been a small person, but back when I played sports at least I felt healthy. I’m 19 yrs old and 260-ish. I really need to get this back under control. So I’ll probably never run a marathon or anything like that, but I’m thinking I’d look pretty damn good at 190. 6 years ago
