LittleToe is staying at home
last saturday i just really got fed up with myself. My BMI state is almost to “overweight” and i have hardly any clothes i fit into anymore. So i went and bought a gym card.
I went on saturday already and i did 45 minits of cardio and i lifted weights.
sunday: 50 minits of cardio
monday: 50 minits of cardio and weightlifting
today: 60 minits of cardio.
Im reading for my summer exams and i like having junk food around when i do that so im not really changing my diet right now, i just try to drink more water.
So tomorrow will be my 5th day in a row at the gym :D

ok thats it! tonight im gonna go and walk a circle around the block….. that counts right?
my first excersice in a long time….
well I am off to a good start, but I find it so easy to just wave off exercising for some dumb excuse. Here is my exercise schedule which I TRY to stick to.
Monday= zumba Tues=kickboxing wed=elliptical or cardio mix thurs=kickboxing fri= elliptical or pilates sat=free day or just dancing around the house :) sun=kickboxing and zumba.
i usually do all tat, but I do find myself slipping off and I hope to stick to it!

its official! this week i´ve gone to the gym 5 times, yay! and im gonna go again tonight to make it 6 times ;)

so i´ve gone to the gym twice this week so…. yebb i should keep on going!
even though i´ve only been there twice i can really see why so many ppl get addicted to it: it makes you feel great! So im gonna keep it up!
For me, making it part of the routine is key – go at a set time every day, and after a bit it becomes habit… mix up classes with self-directed machines. I’d advise against double sessions – 2x per day is a killer on the muscles and mind.
hmmm..this is turning out to much more tougher than i had expected it to be! I have come to a few realizations though..firstly ..the reason should be right..I wanted to exercise only to lose weight..and when that did not happen ..well..guess what..I put on more weight!! ..now I know I might be starting to sound like I’m more than just normally weight conscious :)) But thats not the case..its just that I have this big function coming up and I wanna look really good for it..it means sooo much to me!! ..and I had my exams a few days back..and they just disrupt my whole routine..I start living on chocolates alone and start feeling really bad bout it..so second thing..I want to stick to this goal for a better reason..I really wanna build my stamina..AND feel good bout it..and the rest will be fine..atleast I hope so..oh God,a li’l bit of help wouldn’t be entirely unwelcome here! :)
I’m getting very close to being able to click this one off… I’ll have exercised six times by Sunday. The previous week, I exercised four times. Once I feel consistent, I’ll be able to check this one off!
