Do more with less.

Since moving to Paris, I learned that doing more with less is a part of life here. So, I guess in the vain of the Broke Diaries, I doing the same: writing about how to live a in my case amazing Parisian life on very little money. If anything, I will learn a lot and be amused at the same time. Thank goodness, I’m easy to amuse :-)

Liberating, thank you very much. What’s next…? I need to get a bike and stop relying on my car so much. This will require a bit more effort.

Begining today, I want to stop using plastic grocery bags. They build, seemingly faster than the speed of light, into a billowing pile of platic that I have to recycle. I clean out the cabinet where I have stashed them away, and it seems the next day they have magically reproduced by the thousands. A couple of tote bags should take care of this problem once and for all…if the tote bags start multiplying, then I know something is up.
