Well, we have had our condo listed for 60 days or more. I have the waterfall feng shui treatments in our condo. Our house up in Waikoloa is about 2 months from completion. So we are cutting it close in terms of having the cash from the sale of this house ready when we need it for a downpayment on our new house. But we have many contingency plans in place and are confident about a buyer showing up soon.
