    I'm having a little cull  — 1 year ago

    Worth doing!

and this one is probably going to morph into a better goal!

Ahh Coffee  — 1 year ago

    Worth doing!

This week has been an exhausting exercise in trying to make a satisfying cup of coffee (Maxwell House Red). First we ran out of milk and I’m just not a black coffee drinker. Yesterday (7am) I was greeted by a rim of old crusty sugar and just a few loose granules in the bottom of the jar but not enough to form the required teaspoon needed….

Today there is Coffee, Milk AND Sugar….. I’m on my third cup

I love it when a coffee comes together!!

    Worth doing!

five things for which I’m grateful everyday so I guess this goal is now redundant.

    Yesterday (18/04/07)  — 1 year ago

    Worth doing!

I had the worst day at work, just throw in the towel turn on my heal and storm off in a puff of smoke (to a better place) :)
After work I had set myself the task of taking pictures on the embankment, I had an easy journey in rush hour, had a lovely hour taking pix, then had to go and pick up M in Regent St. Driving down Oxford St I noticed that the new Primark was still open!! (I know this is sad but I tried to go before but couldn’t queue for an hour!), as luck would have it M was running late and I did an emergency stop, filled up the car with Primark goodies then meet M for dinner (as if nothing had happened!!) Brilliant evening especially more appreciated after such a useless day!!

Le Weekend  — 1 year ago

    Worth doing!

And what a weekend it was such a postive 48 hours! Saturday ‘roadtrip’ with my friend to visit another friend, lunch, sunshine, laughter, Sunday a trip to Spitalfields, breakfast at Leons, more sunshine more laughter, followed by Garden Lemon photo shoot and a BBQ topped off with the final episode of Nip / Tuck season 1…. why can’t everyday be like this!

    Thursday  — 1 year ago

    Worth doing!

I was able to spend nearly a whole day by myself, at the hut, and did some writing. I’m still waiting for some energy. Perhaps the energy doesn’t come till you focus. I need to focus on the writing but I’m not very inspired at the moment. I’m writing but it’s not interesting enough.

However, I also took my secateurs in hand and pottered. I enjoyed that.

    Wednesday  — 1 year ago

    Worth doing!

I had a straightforward journey to my uncle’s funeral
My husband took good care of my aunt
My mother was eventually pleased (after sundry rows) because Eva said she was sorry for cutting off contact with her when she married my father
Chris and I met our cousin Adrian who is very very nice and our second cousin Mark who seems to be a very good, kind, feeling boy.

    I seriously thought  — 1 year ago

    Worth doing!

about making a list of things I had alredy done today in order to tick it all off.

I cleaned my house and made it very restful.
    I washed and ironed.
    I shopped.
I was able to welcome my dear good aunt and I hope she gets a good sleep in Flo’s bed.

Good Friday  — 1 year ago

    Worth doing!

Wasn’t just Good it was Brilliant, for some reason woke with so much energy was so productive and spontenously ended up having a little sunbathe in Hyde Park (yes it really was that warm)! On days like this how can you not love London
