Yesterday…broccoli, carrots, celery, salad, banana. I’ve been doing really well with this goal and I’m finding that the fruit and vegetable choices make me less hungry and apt to snack between meals. I think I’ll mark this as complete. I’ve become more conscious of this need and feel like it’s becoming more routine for me. It feels good to make more healthy choices.

is making me more aware of my need to eat more fruit and vegetables. Although I’m not quite complete with this goal, I’m getting better and on some days I’ve eaten 3-4 servings, which is a great improvement. It’s a small step toward consciously taking better care of myself. Yea!

But 5 seems elusive. Either way, this is a lot better than I was doing, which was about 1 serving a day before I started drawing attention to this goal.

I think this is one of those simple things that is just a matter of drawing attention to it. Since I began to think about this a week or so ago, I have gradually been able to increase the amount of fruits and veggies that I am eating daily. This morning, I actually sat down and ate breakfast, including 2 servings of fruit. 3 more to go…

I’m marking this of as done.
5 a day is easy now in Christmas time. I really love clementines and can easily eat more than 5 in one day. And then there’s juice for breakfast, salad for lunch…

The only friut I’m not very fond of at the moment is bananas. They’re just too sweet. Yesterday I saw a guy at the bus, he ate three bananas in a row. I was impressed.

this is easier than i realized. i’m marking this as done and changing my goal to 7 servings a day.

i do this thing called Juice Plus and its where you take capsules, gummies, or chewables to get in your fruits and vegetables. i do the capsules and you take 2 “veggies” in the morning and at night you take 2 “fruits”. it actually helps a lot. my whole family started doing it.
