j0hoSugar Free challenge!
I just think added sugar is bad for me, I eat too much of it and I really want to cut back and see, first of all if I can do it and secondly if there will be any health benefits for me!
I get most of my sugar from chocolate so thats going to be the hardest part of the challenge and the main reason I want to do it.
I think I’ll give myself a goal of one whole week completly (refined) sugar free and just see how it goes!
I’ve been trying to google articles and webpages about giving it up and couldn’t find a lot until I found this website http://spoonfulofsugarfree.com/sugar-free-challenge-2/november-2011/ so I’m sticking to their advice.
