well i used to weigh 110 when i started high school and now im leaving high school at 135 i want to lose the weight off by the end of the summer so i can feel comfortable with myself again for college just as long as i stick to 3 item a day plan i can make it

I used to weigh 110 lbs but because of my stupid unstable thyroid I have no control over my weight which goes way up and way down and in between and repeats that continuously. And I gained a lot because of winter. I think I’m around 123-125 now :( My new years resolution is to stop eating so much food, especially the bad kind. And get a bus pass so I can get to the gym. I just wanna fit my old jeans again and be light as a feather. I always wanted to grow feathery angel wings on my back, if that by some miracle should ever actually happen, I must be sure I am light enough to fly!
im not overweight. i actually only weigh 120lbs.
but im just not happy with that.
i used to be bulimic.
but since i stopped i dont know how else to lose the weight.
and i need to.. hopefully my bulimia stays a thing of the past.
but idk.
till i need to weigh 110lbs. omg if im over that weight i will feel so fat and depressed. so this week im planning on being strict with my diet. i will not eat any bfast or lunch. i will drink 2 water bottles during the school day, then go to track practice, then do many crunches. then for dinner since we eat as a family i will eat as little as possible and only the veggies. that part will be the hardest since i tend to lose control at the end of the day. hopefully if i keep telling myself to stick to the plan then i wont binge. 110 here i come! <3
uggggggggh i binged last night and i feel so guilty and fat! okay today im just gonna have a bit of breakfast and then drink water all day. im gonna exercise on the elliptical and do crunches and weights. i have 2 weeks left to lose like 4.5 pounds. okay <3
So I’m new at this. What can I say to start about myself? I’m not going to give any personal information about myself, so you guys can call me Emma. Two days ago I weighed 140. Now I weigh 135. I want to get down to 130 by the end of this week. I’ve been purging for about 2 years now. All of a sudden, I’m puking blood, has that happened to any of you before? I’m sick of being the fat one though. So I’ll go what ever it takes. All I’ve eaten today was a granola bar, but then I threw it up. I’m going to go the the gym now, but I just want to know if there’s any tips anyone could give me on how to loose weight faster?
