...and it looks like the iPod is working again…
We’ll see next time I want to drown out my life with music…
Also, want to delete some of the songs on there anyway… 6 years ago
Listening to it the other day, I was skipping over some stupid stuff I’d put on there, thinking I’d get to something good b/c, for crying out loud, I’d put my whole library on…but then it stopped. It went through like 20 songs and then…empty air…
I flipped through the little book but found nothing. My personal computer guru and iPod expert (my brother-in-law) is, ah, otherwise indisposed and I believe my silly questions about my iPod would be in poor taste right now so I’ll have to wait to find out what went wrong… 6 years ago
Ok, I stuck the iPod in the computer, went to iTunes and moved my whole library to my iPod. Then I listened to one song. Yes, it was easy. Whatever.
But Sophie wasn’t here and Will was (ugh) in front of the tv, occupied, and it was an odd afternoon so I found the peace of mind to focus on the booklet.
Anyway, the point was putting it on 43T so that I would be motivated to do it…and I did… Just one more example of how 43T has taken over my life…
But I am leaving this on my list until I figure out how to take songs off and better manipulate them… 6 years ago
I’ve almost got it. Lots of songs, just have to put them ON THE IPOD so I can listen to them somewhere besides my computer. A very weird mix, too: jazz, alternative, classical and some country. My grandma used to play this song by Donna Fargo when I was a little girl: The Happiest Girl in the Whole USA. And I found it on iTunes! and a bunch of songs we listened to on the school radio station at college but that I only had on tape…
If I put this on 43T, will I actually do it now? It seems so overwhelming sometimes… 7 years ago
It took my 3 hours to set up my mini-ipod. I still have no clue how it works. Not entirely anyway! 7 years ago
wall adapter for my pod. So I took it back and exchanged it for the right one today.
Also noticed today that if I have the volume on the pod too high while playing it on the radio with my i-trip, it sounds static-y. I thought it was a reception problem, but it’s related to the volume control. 7 years ago
how to transfer files from my ipod to my computer. It required downloading a program called Ephpod. Again, why Itunes can’t do something so simple just baffles me. 7 years ago
to add contacts. That was one of my major goals for figuring out the pod. And I learned how to access the equalizer settings.
I love that the mini has Bricks on it – that’s one of my all time favorite video games. I can play it for hours.
Now I’m helping my sis fill up her pod – yes, she got the fever after test-driving mine on an evening walk. 7 years ago
