fehrydust is enjoying a fresh peach from the farmer's market.
figured out how much will weigh when bmi finally is less than 30 (which is point when will be overweight as opposed to obese): 174 lbs.
so, mini-goals breakdown:
- hit 190 in next 2 weeks
- then, total loss of 30 lbs. (187)
- then, total loss of 40 lbs. (177)
- then, make next 10% goal (176) and write up new mini-goals
- then, make bmi = 29.9 (174)
aim to complete list by christmas!

Now I have 64 kilograms weight. But I only have 160.5cm.To a Chinese girl,that is too heavy.My classmates often are about 45 kilograms.
In August this year ,I will go to a high school so I want to have a new feel to my new classmates .
In next week ,I will make a plan . I hear from a good list.It writes eat eggs and cucumbers for a week.Do you have a better idea?
Then I will do my plan from the 14th to the 20th.During that time,I also do some exersies,such as run rope skippingang and so on. And the 3th week,I will dop some other thighs,But I don’t know what to do .If you have some good ideas, plaese tell me . If I really succeed.I will tell you.

Well over the past year ive jst watched my weight pile on! Im not massive but im not skinny and i want to be skinny, im just feed up of sayin oo i used to be so thin, i NOW want to say im soo thin lol! And now im really feed up! I have a wedding in 6 weeks, my birthday and a holiday! and in 6 weeks time i want to see a change!
I dont no were to start though…any advice would be great!
