I tied a soft gell-like thing to an end of a rope, and got the hang of it very quickly. The neck thing, I had to get used to, but the foot flick and the leg up turn thing, they are easy enough to learn…

The rope dart for over three years and I have to say its gone from a weapon to more of a really dangerous toy in my eyes. Keep up the practice!
i discovered this talent at a party thrown by one of my professional juggler friends when he was showing it off. he explained how it works and gave some simple demonstartions, and i dug it a bit.
today i was playing around with it at work using a flash drive on a lanyward. naturally, that sparked my desire to learn it more.
how can i make one easily and frugally?
I started to practice the rope dart technique after watching KILL BILL Vol. 1, and I found it to be, with a little practice, easy. I first started by tying a lock to a roll of string. I then made my own with rigs ang everything out of a long piece of velvet ribbon, string, a large screw, and metal rings.
I’ve been studying wushu rope dart for about 2 years now. I perform with a fire dart in the kansas city area and all around the midwest. Anyone out there around the area looking for darters?

..ok, I really want to learn this and I am looking for some instruction manuals to get me started..anyone out there got any to sell..or advice to toss my way?
Well, what I really want to learn is the fire dart. It’s basically a rope dart but instead of metal, there’s a fire head. I want to add this to my fire spinning repertoire. So far I love the poi, but the fire dart is just a whole other way of moving the body.
