I currently lift 15kg around 20-30times around 1-3 times a day Getting stronger every week

I picked up my dumbells and felt so wimpy!! They’re only 15lbs and I could only do 2 sets of curls and extentions.
It did remind me how much I used to love to do free weights. I also felt great afterwards. I think I’ll be picking them up more often now.

Must reclaim my fitness to endure upcoming schedule of work and school. Into my third week of thrice-weekly workouts and never once looked for progress. Just finishing my routine is reward enough.
But I think the last 6 months have pushed me emotionally and physically enough to say that I am sufficiently stronger- and feel quite good about it!
