Out of shap and not doing anything with my life. So I’m starting to run every morning and I applied for fafsa.
well, i have to say that this whole losing weight thing is really hard. I hate getting up half an hour earlier to work out…but I am doing it…in order to achieve my goals, i actually have to work toward them!!!
This is all tied up together, which is good cause one takes to the other…This needs to be present in my mind, cause as much as they help each other, they can f*k one another as well…
I think I doomed myself. Still…will keep trying. I have so much more motivation these days…I just seem to lack the time.
I put this goal up YESTERDAY…and then proceeded NOT to exercise and then to gain a pound in the AM (probably from the delicious cheese fondue).
Will do better today. Exercising + no bad food + (lots of) water.
That’s just about how much I want to lose by graduation. And I want to get in shape, too. For SCA. So…let’s see if I can do this. Real diet time. How many months do I have…six? Five pounds a month? Totally do-able.
