I try to do this every night—-putting it on my list will actually help me remember. last night it took me six reps to reach 100. i kept stopping after 20…or even 15.

..doing a hundred a day maybe impossible and migh give u severe abdominal pains after…but for me doing it moderately might do the job…jst don’t be in a hurry in getting d resullts but be more patient coz things will work out just fine to your surprise…
My goal for today is to get through 15 situps. I plan on boosting that goal higher by 5 everyday until I eventually reach 100, then at that point I’ll start planning on doing that many a day. Until I can do it for a month straight, it won’t be “done”.
