I’ve been doing really well lately with exercising. I’ve been going on runs a few times a week and I just bought Jillian Michaels 30 day Shread workout dvd and I’ve been doing that as well. Tomorrow I’m going for a long hike which I really want to do more of. It’s so much easier to exercise when its spring!! I love it!!

I was so lazy last week so this week I need to get my shit together. I went for a walk today and hopefully it’s not to rainy this week so that I can go running a few times.

I only exercised 3 times this week, running/walks twice and I played tennis once. I was planning on exercising 5 times, but I just didn’t feel motivated. I worked several 7+ hour waitressing shifts though, so that should make up for the other two days.

I normally go running and on walks for exercise but yesterday I wanted to switch things up a little bit, so me and my boyfriend played tennis. I hadn’t played in years and we were both pretty terrible, but it was still fun and a great workout. My butt is really sore today, and so are my arms. Hopefully I play again soon.

The weather had been great this week and I’ve already exercised 4 out of 5 days, and tomorrow and Saturday it’s suppose to be nice out as well so I plan on exercising those days as well. Woohoo!!!

I sort of fell off the wagon with this for a while but this past week I have gotten my shit back together and so far have exercised 4 out of 5 days. I just need to keep it up!

I have been doing awful with this lately. The weather has been horrible for the past two weeks it seems, raining all the time, but I shouldnt use that as an excuse. Tomorrow Im going to the beach so hopefully I will get in a lot of swimming and maybe a long walk.

Well on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I didnt really exercise other than waitressing. I think I may have taken a short walk on Tuesday. Yesterday I went for a run/walk and worked a 8 1/2 hour waitressing shift and today I went for a run as well and will probably end up working a 8 hour waitressing shift. So not too shabby this week for exercise.

Today I went on a 15 minute run along with 5 minutes of walking for a warm up and cool down. And I just went on a quick 20 minute walk. Tomorrow is suppose to be really hot so maybe I’ll go swimming…
