I sort of fell off the wagon with this for a while but this past week I have gotten my shit back together and so far have exercised 4 out of 5 days. I just need to keep it up!

I have been doing awful with this lately. The weather has been horrible for the past two weeks it seems, raining all the time, but I shouldnt use that as an excuse. Tomorrow Im going to the beach so hopefully I will get in a lot of swimming and maybe a long walk.
Well on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I didnt really exercise other than waitressing. I think I may have taken a short walk on Tuesday. Yesterday I went for a run/walk and worked a 8 1/2 hour waitressing shift and today I went for a run as well and will probably end up working a 8 hour waitressing shift. So not too shabby this week for exercise.
Today I went on a 15 minute run along with 5 minutes of walking for a warm up and cool down. And I just went on a quick 20 minute walk. Tomorrow is suppose to be really hot so maybe I’ll go swimming…
Yesterday I was pretty lazy, the only exercise I got was walking downtown to go out to the bars. Today I waitressed for a 8 hour shift, blah. I have the next two days off so hopefully I can force myself to go for a run, even though I think its suppose to be really hot and humid out, we’ll see I guess.
I didn’t really go out and exercise today, but I was on my feet all day. Me and my boyfriend took a 20 minute or so stroll downtown and then I worked a 9 hour waitressing shift.
Today I went on 15 minute run, with about 5 minutes of walking for a warm up and cool down. Short but sure did make me sweat. Plus I worked a 7 hour waitressing shift today. My feet are killing me!
Today I went on a 25 minute walk with a couple spurts of jogging in there. And tonight I forced my boyfriend to go on another walk with me, this time we picked up the pace so it was about 20 minutes. Tomorrow it is supposedly going to be raining so I plan on doing an exercise video and some strength exercises.
I was really lazy all day long so I planned on going for a run, but then it started raining so that didnt happen. At around 10 pm I started getting antsy so I made my boyfriend go on a walk with me, about 25 minutes maybe, so at least I did that.
Today I planned on going out for a run/walk but then as the day went by I kept putting it off and then sort of tried to trick myself into not doing it, but in the end I did go out and get some exercise. I did intervals of walking/jogging/running, and then when I got home I did some arm exercies. I didn’t exercise over the weekend but on Saturday and Sunday I did 10 hour waitressing shifts, which should be good enough.
