I was reading the posts about U2. I have been a fan since they began. I have friends in ireland who tell me to come over and go to a concert with them..Why is it that it is cheaper for me to do that than go to see them in my hometown? I find this is true with alot of the big groups. The affordable tickets are so far away.
It makes me sad. I WANT TO GO!

Agent of Change needs to get started being who she is.

It was in 1986 or so.... 2 years ago

....but they did “Bullet the Blue Sky”, so it doesn’t really matter when it was. That’s what I remember.

... In the greenroom 2 years ago

Had to repair a laptop for someone staying on the secured floor of the Peabody Hotel. After replacing the systemboard I called to return it. I was told they had gone to the stadium … I said you mean the coliseum .. no, the stadium. I headed over there and after 4 checkpoints I entered the trailer with the Green room. I sat on the sofa with some guys with Irish accents but had no idea who they were … we chatted for 20 minutes as I waited for the laptop to checked out. The girl with the laptop asked if I was coming to the show and I told her I hadn’t gotten tickets yet. She said “I’ll call the boxoffice and leave you some tickets. I still didn’t know who the band was. After getting to sit in the greenroom before a concert next to him (Bono) and then getting front row seats was pretty cool.

Yea, saw them in Auckland last weekend. 2 years ago

Was a good experience. But it did`nt meet my exspectations. I`ve now seen one of the worlds biggest bands though which is cool to know I`ve done.

Oh YES GO! 3 years ago

I saw them at the beginning of the Vertigo tour last year at Continental Airlines Arena in Jersey. It was my first time seeing them. I have a thing for Adam Clayton. It was a really fun show. I wish they could have played for four hours though, they have such a huge songbook now that it’s impossible for them to play everything that you want to hear in two hours. I will not miss them again. I got lucky with the tickets though, my friend went online in the middle of the night and got them as soon as they went on sale.
