guess i fell for the ol alcohol trick

as I’m reading I’m working on remembering things about the story, as if I were reading it for a test; never have intentionally remembered things about a book before unless it was a textbook; the books I read for school I remembered what I remembered; but I made as many B’s as A’s (or more B’s); I want to work on having all A’s level reading and study. I’ve noticed it only takes a few extra minutes to make a point of remembering places, names, and events

Last night did a memory exercise-remembering what year I lived where, and when I had which boyfriend (have to do this one again because I still dont have a clear number of how many times I’ve moved in my life-it’s a lot, maybe ten or more) . .it isnt something I ever think about so it was a good way to exercise my memory

Also I’m working on being able to recall each of my 43 goals right before I’m going to sleep
