I seem to have gotten down to 141 pounds by accident seeing as I haven’t been actively pursuing this goal. I’d like to start making, if not a full-fledged effort, at least a partial one. So it looks like I’ve got 11 more pounds to go before I reach my goal.

Well, I lost 15 pounds over the summer. I was down to 130 in August. Unfortunately, I gained them all back over the holiday season, which is par for the course for me. So, I’d like to get back down to 130, maybe even 125. I’ve managed to do it every spring for the last two years. If I can do it once, I can do it again.

I feel pretty good about losing 15 more pounds. I could still lose a few more pounds but I’m happy.

I have about five more pounds to go. Been feeling stuck at this weight so I have started to count my calories. Its amazing how fast they add up!

Thats about the size of it’. And thats how I feel sometimes. Doctors said I need to lose 15 pounds at a time. And need to get down to 150. Thats like 50 pounds down the road or so. I do feel good that I had lost 30. Starting out at 220 and now 190 at 5’4”.
I guess at my age 150 will be good. Get back into golf which I do love. Not beable to work puts a damper on things becuase you have to excerise to lose and that ain’t easy. I now have a exer. bike and a suana suit. Sweat sweat sweat…....let ya know in a week…

So I found out I gained almost ten pounds over the holiday season, so I am editing this goal. Now, instead of aiming to lose ten more pounds, I’m aiming to lose fifteen.

What’s hilarious is it’s been so long since I’ve actively tried to achieve this goal that I no longer remember how much I weighed when I started or what my original goal was. I’m guessing the goal was 130 or 125, one or the other.
In either case, I’m doing way better than I thought I was. Up until this past Saturday I had been purposely avoiding scales for well over six months. I’ve been taking in more calories then I should lately, and I was afraid the scale would smack me upside the head with reality should I dare step on it. This past weekend my bf weighed himself and discovered he had gained 15 pounds, so in an act of solidarity, I weighed myself too. I discovered I’ve actually lost four pounds since the last time I checked. Not a gigantic amount, but a definite surprise considering what I was expecting. If my goal is 130, then I’m three pouns away. If it’s 125, then I’m 8.
I think I can bring it down before Gayle’s wedding next August :-)

I have finally managed to do this! My biggest tip is fruit and vegetables. I have fallen in love with avocado and it works wonders especially at lowewring blood sugar levels.

i will achieve my goal of 130…i will feel better, look better, be healthier, and finally be confident overall. i will because if i don’t i won’t succeed! i have all summer to achieve this so next school year i will be all of these things!
