Own red shoes

Saw a guy two days ago. He had a pair of red shoes on. Didn’t look very good. Hmmm. . . But then again he didn’t have my style.

I have this thing for red, it’s my favourite colour (back to back Canadian words, cool). I have some red shirts and sweaters (see picture). Red pants and jackets are tacky. But. . . shoes I think that they would be okay. Kind of a splash of personality when worn with a nice black suit, or even with jeans.

My wife says she won’t walk with me if I get them. But still I can’t help wanting them. The peacock in me desires them. And they may even act as a “whatsit” conversation starter. Or . . . my passion for red has clouded my fashion judgement, and I’ll end up looking like Bozo the clown!
