It seems to me this really is about awareness for me. I read in magazine that a good way to fit the temptation to buy something you do not need is to ask yourself, “If this wasn’t on sale would I still want it?” I think that is a great reality check.

but it was in the 0.99cent bargin bin @ Ardenes I grabbed a bunch of scarves, tukes, mittens and a pair of the cutest slippers all for under $15.00.
I have been a little strapped for cash since I started out in good ol’ edmonton, but Ive been making it allright. I have not bought anything except for food, smokes and gas in quite a while (it feels like a long time).I was at superstore the other night and i was carring around these pajama bottoms the whole time I was there right to the check out, I wanted to get them soooo bad and they were on sale for 8 bucks to boot, but like a good girl I left them in the basket and just unloaded necessities.(Idid want them and they were on sale too).I left superstore that evening with just groceries those cute little pajam’s probley got a ride back to there rack by some dork wearing roller blades.
Okay I found a way to help myself with this goal. I made a goal to get an apartment by August. In order to do that, I have to save at least $100 a month to get myself ahead financially. I am also going to be paying $400 a month towards a loan from a friend for this past semster of school. THAT’s not something I want to be late on… so I keep that in mind any time I’m shopping. (Or think about shopping) >>sometimes before I even go to the store, I think to myself, “Do I really need to buy anything today, or can it wait?” Because once I get in there, I’m more apt to buy too much stuff!!
BUYERS REMORSE ??? Yaa it happens almost everytime I go to a mall.
its my bad for sure !! I walk into a store see something I like and but it no matter the cost. I used too spend my whole work cheque ( about 1,200.00$$) in walmart on the stoopidest shit. then Id have no money for 2 weeks or even food…....seriously I am OCD when it comes to buying stuff. money really does burn a hole in my wallet. so I vowed no more “trinkets”.
