graduate nursing school

I graduate in December 2009 with a BSN. I’m so excited. It’s been a rough 4 years, but it’s gone by so fast. I’m already planning for graduate school. My next goal will be to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. I thought I would never want to go back for more school, but I think nursing school has made me crazy. Now I’m addicted, I want more!

I graduate May 14, 2009 and can’t wait!! To everyone who is just starting, just take it easy and study hard. I see tooooo many people stressing out way too much over nursing school. Yes, it is a lot of work, but you can still have a life. Just keep looking forward to the end of the tunnel. I think nursing school is a different experience than anything else in the world, but if you work hard and like what you do, the time will fly and you will be an RN in no time!!

In exactly one year I will begin my (one year) nursing program. I will be done in May of 2010. It seems like such a long way away but I am sure the time will fly by. James and I are still looking for a house and financially my nursing pay check would/will be such an enormous help. I’m looking forward to the schooling and classes but am also a little nervous. I hope all the learning/studying/training really prepares me for my career.

Im suppose to be a Graduate Nurse by April 30th. It is so close but yet so far away!
I want to do this, it will be the biggest accomplishment of my life.

As of today, i am less than six months from graduation! It hasn’t be easy, but I just have to take the time to breathe and remind myself how badly I want to be a nurse!

My goal is to go to LPN school, RN school, get my BSN then become a CRNA.
