GREAT! 17 months ago

I used to live at the base of the Blue Ridge. It was beautiful. One of my favorite places was the Poinsette bridge. This wasn’t too far up the mountain but it is a stone bridge that the Cherokee built and they buried some of their best fallen warriors. It is so beautiful. Another one of my favorite places is pretty place. I have decided that when I get married that is where it will be. It is an open chapel sitting on the side of the mountain. It is one of the most breath-taking places I have ever seen.

I suggest the Adirondack Mountains if you can’t get out of the US.

I love there 9 months out of every year and i LOVE it. I live right under St. Regis Mountain along the lake.

La Luz trail - Sandia Mountains - Albuquerque - New Mexico 2 years ago

My father was an avid hiker and recently died. He asked to have some of his ashes spread on the La Luz trail of the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is one of his favorite trails and he has climbed from top to bottom many, many times. I want to be able to conquer my fear of this trail and respect his wishes. I also want to enjoy the beauty of the mountain (which I most often do on the flat trails or from the ride to the top in my car) as he did when he hiked this trail. Maybe he wished this upon me to get me on the La Luz more than he wanted to be spread there.
