Whenever I get the opportunity and am able to financially afford it, we buy things as naturally as possibly. One day, I will have a home built that will have very natural products that are environomentally conscious and safe. The furnishings, etc will also be be similar. It will incorporate natural resources like the sun, water, or whatever is available where I live to help with power generation.
We’ll use less toxic stuff, buy more organic clothing, etc. Right now, under our circumstances, we are doing well at this, though, there are huge areas and gaps we have not filled. This is a work-in-progress.

The other day we went to Costco. We hadn’t been to Costco in 6-7 months. I hadn’t realized how much our shopping for food and other things have changed. We truly like to cater to small businesses, as well as buying in non-bulk. We’ve come to eat overall less, and buy more organics.
It doesn’t bother me that buying organically things aren’t as big like genetic mutants, or that things don’t stay fresh for several weeks and do expire within a week or so. Organic fruits and veggies taste much better. Yes, organics do cost more, are smaller, but the taste is awesome.
I won’t be going to Costco anytime soon again, especially not to buy food. I don’t like the bulk buying too much. We haven’t switched totally to organics for meat, but plan on doing that at some time.
